Crostini appetizer with tomato, artichoke, and Anne's Spanish Tomato Pesto.

Ingredients:
25 Crostinis,
5 Tomatoes,
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts,
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese,
1 jar of Anne's Spanish Tomato Pesto
Place on the crostini: 1 slice of fresh tomato and 1 slice of a marinated artichoke heart; sprinkle with parmesan; broil for about 7 min. at 350 F or leave 'raw'; top with 1 tsp of Anne's Spanish Tomato Pesto
