Gratin of potatoes and shallots with delicious Anne's Asian Basil Pesto.

Preparation: 30 min
Ingredients:
1.5# potatoes,
4 big shallots,
2 Tbs olive oil,
1/2 jar of Anne's Asian Basil Pesto,
salt and pepper to taste
Wash, peel and slice raw potatoes; peel shallots and cut in rings; boil potatoes and shallots 5 to 7 minutes, then strain everything; Arrange potatoes and shallots on a platter and spread with Anne's Asian Pesto on top; sprinkle with parmesan!
