Hint: If you like it extra hot, try this recipe with Anne's Pesto Arrabiata

Ingredients:
8 ounces bowtie pasta,
3/4 pound hot Italian sausage,
8 sliced mushrooms,
1 cup frozen peas,
3/4 cup kalamata olives,
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more to serve,
1/3 cup Anne's® Spanish Tomato Pesto,
chopped Italian parsley to garnish
Cook pasta according to package directions. Sauté sausage until crumbly and cooked through. Add mushrooms and sauté just until soft. Remove from heat and drain any accumulated drippings. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta cooking water before draining. Put peas in colander and drain pasta over peas. Place in a serving bowl; add sausage and mushrooms, olives, cheese and pesto, tossing to thoroughly combine. Add cooking water, 1 tablespoon at a time as needed, to help pesto coat pasta. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with cheese.
