Summer salmon and lemon juice dressing make this salad a delightful meal for hot days.

Ingredients:
8 oz cubed poached salmon, 1 lb cooked and chilled whole wheat pasta, 3 roma tomatoes, 8 oz crumbled feta cheese, 1 jar Anne's Italian Basil Pesto, the juice of one large lemon, salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and chill overnight. Enjoy!
